but study you must and slack abit,

once again september first,
teachers' bags're going to burst.
full of presents plenty of gifts,
even the strongest need the lifts.
they do their best like we do ours,
they mark our work till the wee hours.
yet sometimes we aren't the least grateful,
instead we even think they're fool(s).
they volunteer to take their time,
to give us extra lessons without collecting a dime.
but we sit there and groan and whine,
thinking 'the worst tch is mine'.
we complain when the homework's plenty,
but who's marking them completely.
we just don't think of how much tchs do,
tolerating classes and classes of zoo(s).
to all teachers a big thank you,
i'll always appreciate what you do.
