Weekend's ending! Saturday and Sunday packed for me!
Woke up early in the morn to meet Jh Xt on Sat. NUS open house! Missed the first talk so explored the booths first. For the talks I attended computing and business. Same old so quite boring. I am a bit bit worried that I cannot get into what I want but fingers crossed! Hall life seems really exciting and I am looking forward to it! Headed to Bei Shang Chuan @ Vivo for lunch. I ate less "fake and gay" stuff and more pork! So yummy! We had to play zhong ji mi ma to finish the food haha~
Dinner and drinks with Vietnam ppl @ Holland V! Everyone did some catching up and we moved to a dessert bar with really expensive dessert o_o I liked the sorbet very much. Said our goodbyes pretty late, then I headed over to Jon's for mahjong. Omg was so sleepy I could hardly concentrate. Next morning wanted to rush home for scholarship applications but my aunt made me stay for lunch.
Finally got home to bathe and left home not long later. It was pretty late so didn't get to watch any movie. Visited the light installations along Marina Bay area because there's a light festival going on called i Light Marina Bay 2012. Just some interesting applications of light in art! Most of all, it's free! Haha anyway walked one round then left for dinner because we were hungry hungry! Settled for Din Tai Fung because most makan places were alrdy closed (it was pretty late by then!) and we ordered two longs of xlb!! I am a happy kid!!!!
That's about my weekend! Looking forward to next weekend: The Hunger Games, movies on funshion, maybe Pulau Ubin, night cycling! Hope no clashes please please please!!! As for weekdays I only have two driving lessons and first volunteering session tomo (hope it goes well)! Oh also not forgetting applications bleh. I hope I get the job!! If not will start to get bored at home :-(
